Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: February 20, 2026

Lovestruck ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to the safety and protection of children. This page outlines our standards and practices for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform, in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy.

1. Intended Audience

1.1. Lovestruck is designed for adults in committed relationships. The app is not intended for use by children or minors.

1.2. Our Terms and Conditions state that the app is intended for users aged 18 and older.

1.3. If we become aware that a minor is using the app, we will take appropriate action, which may include suspending the account and deleting all associated personal data.

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

2.1. Lovestruck has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits or endangers children.

2.2. The following content is strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Any imagery, video, or text depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of minors
  • Content that sexualizes minors in any way
  • Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates child grooming
  • Any material that constitutes CSAM under applicable law
  • Links to or solicitation of CSAM or related content

2.3. Users who upload, share, or distribute such content will have their accounts immediately terminated and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Detection and Prevention

3.1. We employ the following measures to detect and prevent CSAE on our platform:

  • Monitoring and review of reported content
  • User-facing reporting tools for flagging inappropriate content
  • Prompt investigation of all reports related to child safety

3.2. We continuously review and improve our safety measures to address emerging threats and maintain the highest standards of child protection.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

4.1. In-App Reporting: Users can report child safety concerns directly within the Lovestruck app using our in-app reporting feature. All reports are treated with the highest priority.

4.2. Email Reporting: Child safety concerns can also be reported by emailing us at:

kunolu.help@gmail.com

4.3. We aim to acknowledge all child safety reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.

5. Reporting to Authorities

5.1. Lovestruck complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including mandatory reporting requirements.

5.2. When we identify or receive a report of CSAM or child exploitation, we will:

  • Immediately remove the offending content
  • Terminate the offending user's account
  • Preserve relevant evidence as required by law
  • Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline
  • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required

5.3. We also report to other relevant regional and national authorities as required by the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate.

6. Content Moderation

6.1. While Lovestruck is a private couples app where content is shared only between two paired partners, we take proactive steps to ensure our platform is not misused.

6.2. We reserve the right to review content when a report is made or when automated systems flag potentially harmful material.

6.3. Our content moderation practices prioritize user safety while respecting the private nature of communications between consenting adult partners.

7. User Education

7.1. Our Terms and Conditions and Community Guidelines clearly prohibit any content that exploits or endangers minors.

7.2. Users are informed of their obligation to report any child safety concerns they encounter on the platform.

8. Data Handling for Child Safety

8.1. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete that information and terminate the associated account.

8.2. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share personal data of children under 18.

9. Policy Updates

9.1. We regularly review and update our child safety standards to reflect evolving best practices, legal requirements, and platform changes.

9.2. Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
